When Jeff was in high school, he began training professionally at the gym. His career in bodybuilding began after he graduated from Memorial University. He is known for his science-based training tips that are focused on fat loss and muscle building.
His parents contributed to his success. They introduced him to the gym when he was very young. When he was ten years old, he used to go to the fitness center with his mother. His parents used to bring him fitness magazines to read.
